Who is responsible

This policy covers fusioh-website.pages.dev, fusioh-builders.pages.dev and our other marketing sites.

Visit statistics (all visitors, no cookies)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits for everyone, including visitors who refuse cookies: pages viewed, the site you came from, country, device type and browser, and page loading speed.

It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you from one site to another. We only see aggregated statistics, never an individual visitor.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how our sites are used, with no impact on your device.
• Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), our processor, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention: aggregated statistics, kept for up to 6 months.

Audience measurement (only with your consent)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our sites are used and improve them:

• pages viewed, time on page, the site or campaign you came from;
• approximate location (country, city) and device type, browser and language;
• clicks on main buttons, use of interactive demos, and the fact that a form was sent (never what you typed in it).

Nothing is stored and no Google script runs before you choose. Google Analytics does not keep your IP address, and advertising features are turned off.

• Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
• Cookies: _ga and _ga_*, 13 months. Your choice itself is kept in fusioh_consent for 6 months.
• Retention: measurement data is kept 14 months, then deleted.
• Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, our processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Messages you send us

When you contact us (contact form or email), we use your name, email, company and message only to reply and follow up on your request. They are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Builder profile pictures

On the builders site, your photo is processed entirely in your browser. It is never uploaded, stored or sent to us or to anyone else.

Hosting

Our sites are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect them against attacks.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for it to be restricted or handed over to you: write to [TODO: privacy contact email]. If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
